In memory
Karim Jundi

Who Karim was
Karim always made sure everyone was having a good time. He loved being around people, whether that meant watching a good movie or listening to music together. He was deeply devoted to his family and friends, the kind of person who would truly give you the shirt off his back. He could make a friend out of almost anyone who walked through the door.
A story
On a trip to New Orleans for Mardi Gras, Karim decided we needed to see a show at the House of Blues, even though it was sold out. He wandered up to the front door, struck up a conversation with the bouncer, and walked away with four tickets. That was Karim. He just wanted all of us to have fun and enjoy the night together.
Why it carries his name
Karim was always curious about people. He wanted to listen to them and understand them, even when they didn’t share his views. This project carries his name to honor that passion for listening and understanding.
